Manifest Weight Loss Refund/Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final from the Manifest Weight Loss Online Store. We do not provide cash refunds. We do have an Exchange Policy which is outlined below.
Manifest Weight Loss Exchange Policy
Because our distributor is a certified Level II Safe Quality Food (SQF) Manufacturing Facility, we are unable to accept returned products. However, you can properly dispose of any unwanted product and we will reship your replacement (at No Charge) within 48 hours of your notification. Contact PRG@manifestweightloss.com within Seven Days of receipt of product to request an exchange for same or a comparable-priced product. Briefly explain reason for exchange and describe the product item(s) (must be available in our online inventory: https://manifestweightloss.com/shop/) you would like us to send you.
Manifest Weight Loss will issue an exchange under the following circumstances:
- Your package has not arrived after 2 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered
- You are not happy with the product
- Your product is damaged
Manifest Weight Loss Shipping Policy
We ship Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday and holiday orders ship the first business day after the holiday. Once you place your order with Manifest Weight Loss it is processed within 2 business days. Order processing does not occur on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, shipping times vary depending on Shipping Method and Shipping Address entered. We ship standard orders UPS Ground. Total delivery time includes Order Processing and Shipping times. You will receive email notifications that include your order status and UPS shipping confirmation/tracking updates.
You may track your order online. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email indicating the status of your order. A unique UPS tracking number will be provided to you so you can check the status online at, https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=ST/.
It is possible that the tracking information may say, “This tracking number cannot be found.” When we print the Shipping Label for UPS or FedEx during the day, our system automatically emails the customer their tracking information. But since our packages don’t get picked up from our fulfillment warehouse until 4pm EST, it’s possible there will be a delay with the package showing in the UPS tracking system. Please wait a bit then try again.
